Returns and Refund Policy
We DO NOT offer returns or refunds.
We strive to provide high quality products to our customers at a low and affordable price point. In the event you have an obvious defect not related to shipping/transit to you, then please email us as soon as possible. We will look at these on a case by case basis.
There are times when packages are lost or damaged during transit to you. For this reason we offer Route Protection at checkout. You can file a claim through Route and either receive a refund or replacement. See FAQ section for more information.
If we determine you have a legitimate reason for requesting a refund, we require that you return your item in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if Completed item), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please check your order immediately upon receiving it. Please contact us within 3 Days of receiving your order. Our inventory fluctuates frequently so we are unable to replace damaged items past 3 days of receipt.

If we determine you are eligible for a refund due to our negligence, we will email you a return label for your items, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item and use the code provided from rajenbs via email.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on digital items, custom orders, personalized items, sale items or gift cards.
